We “Mermaidstreasurebox” have a standard 48-72 hour processing time prior to the shipment of all orders. Mermaidstreasurebox goal is to get your order to you within 7-14 business days . If there is any issues or delays you will be notified immediately!

This processing timeframe is subject to change due to sales or holidays.

If a shipment is returned to us the customer will be responsible for any additional cost related to reshipment.

We do not operate on weekends. Any orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, will be processed first thing the following Monday morning, unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected at checkout. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
